The mission of Campus Recreation is to bring people together in ways that foster a positive and active lifestyle. We are committed to creating an atmosphere of fun that encourages students to participate in our many activities. In fulfilling our mission to bring people together to have fun and be active, Campus Recreation aspires to be the best part of your day!

Through sports, fitness and a variety of competitive activities, we are dedicated to:

    Congrats to Kappa Sigma - 2009 Flag Football Champions

  • Group Fitness
    Group Fitness Classes have begun! You can still join in on the fun. Classes offered: Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Fitball, Zumba, Spinning and more! All classes are free for all students. There is no set registration, classes are on a first come, first serve basis. For the complete schedule click here.

  • Cat Cup Challenge
    Congrats to The Mighty Wingapos from Earle Hall who won the Scavenger Hunt!
    The next Cat Cup Event is coming up! Melonball will be Nov. 18th from 7:30pm-10pm. All teams must be registered to compete with 4-6 participants. For registration you can fill out the forms that can be found in your dorms or you can email a list of the participants to dianelindenmayer@mail.adelphi.edu. All registrations must be entered no later than Monday, Nov. 16th. Questions? Feel free to ask your RA or call the Campus Rec office at 877.4242

  • New Recreation Facilities are scheduled to open in Woodruff Hall
    Get ready to have more fun and be more active this fall in Woodruff Hall. Visit the new 5,000 square foot state of the art Fitness Center, renovated swimming pool, and brand new racquetball & squash courts. Take a closer look at the facilities and the schedule of hours for the fall.
