Each semester we offer several FREE group fitness classes to the students, faculty and staff on a first come, first serve basis.
Classes are free for faculty/staff and students.
You only need to register once per academic year, therefore if you already registered for Fall 2014, you do not need to re-register for Spring 2015.
(Note: Registration is seperate for Summer and Intersession)
Register online with your Adelphi email address:
- Create an account with IMleagues using your school email address
- Go to your email and click on the link to activate your account
- Click on the "Group Fitness" tab and sign up for any class
- Read and accept the terms and conditions of the waiver
- You will now be able to attend any group fitness class of your choosing!

No Classes: Spring Break 3/14-3/22, Easter Sunday 4/5

- Studio: Woodruff Hall Studio, located in Woodruff Hall on the 3rd Floor, Room 304.
- WDHGym: Woodruff Hall Gym, located on the 2nd floor of Woodruff Hall.
- Racquet Courts: located on the 3rd floor of Woodruff Hall
