Each semester we offer several FREE group fitness classes to the students, faculty and staff on a first come, first serve basis.
In order to participate you must fill out a registration form. You can fill out a form at the Campus Recreation office in Woodruff Hall 240, OR print out a form and bring it to a class.

All classes are first come, first serve, EXCEPT for the evening Spin classes. For the Wednesday, and Friday evening Spin classes, there will be a pre-registration sign in for each class, the day of the class starting at 12:00 noon, in the Campus Recreation office. We will not accept phone reservations, you must come and sign in, in person. You may not sign in anyone else but yourself. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class, to secure your spot.

Classes run: January 27 – May 9, 2014.
No classes: Spring Break, March 15 – March 23, 2014.
- Studio: Woodruff Hall Studio, located in Woodruff Hall on the 3rd Floor, Room 304.
- WDHGym: Woodruff Hall Gym, located on the 2nd floor of Woodruff Hall.
