Group Fitness

Each semester we offer several group fitness classes to the students, faculty and staff. Classes are always FREE for students. All classes are held in Woodruff Hall, usually on weekday evenings. Check the semester schedule and class descriptions for current offerings.



Classes currently offered:
  • Beginner Yoga
  • Yoga
  • Total Body
  • Fitball
  • Ab Attack
  • Kickboxing
  • Pilates
  • Circuit Training
  • Boot Camp

We're looking for a few good (wo)men
Group Fitness Leaders and instructors are needed every semester. Fun and challenging work that fits into your schedule and your routine. Want to get certified? We encourage you to, we will reimburse you for ACE or AAFA certification exam if you pass it and keep working for us.
