Kickboxing
This class is geared to all levels; it involves cardio kickboxing, focusing on all muscle groups. While working on specific combinations of jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts and kicks, there is an added component incorporating self defense.

Beginner Yoga/Yoga/Outdoor Yoga
You’ve never been to a yoga class before? Try beginner yoga. Though it is suitable for all levels, it practices the postures, breathing exercises, and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind, and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up—all at the same time. Looking for a medium pace? Try yoga, which focuses on strength, endurance and stamina. Mats will be provided. Do you want to get some fresh air, while participating in yoga? Try Outdoor yoga!!

Total Body with Fitball
If you’re looking a total body work out, this class is for you! You will get fit, while having fun, incorporating a fitball!!

Pilates
Mat based, core strength class, incorporating flexibility and toning. Pilates is an exercise method which aims to create a balance in the body. It is designed to cater for the individual needs of each person. Pilates offers a trimmer waist, flatter belly, better posture based on a balanced muscle tone, less fatigue and lower incidence of back pain and injury.

Ab Attack
This class will help you build the foundation and core needed for that perfect physique you have always wanted. In strengthening your abdominal, back and leg regions you will find quicker and better results in all areas of your workouts!

Boot Camp
This high intensity, fast paced work out is great for people seeking a higher level of fitness training. Get ready for a great cardio vascular work out while focusing on toning and strength..


Fitball
The fit ball class uses the popular inflatable ball to improve core strength, flexibility and total body toning. Using a fit ball can improve strength in all areas of the body. This medium energy, low impact class is a great way to get into shape!
