This class is geared to all levels; it involves cardio kickboxing, focusing on all muscle groups. While working on specific combinations of jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts and kicks, there is an added component incorporating self defense.

Beginner Yoga
You've never been to a yoga class before? Try beginner yoga.Though it is suitable for all levels, it practices the postures, breathing exercises, and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind, and spirit. Step Aerobics
This is a high energy, low impact class that involves a workout adaptable for all fitness levels. It involves stepping up and down a platform step. The step aerobic part works every major muscle in your lower body also training the upper body. A portion of the class will also focus on working the abdominal muscles. This class is a fun and great workout for everyone!

The explanation is in the title! This medium paced work out will let you tone and strengthen all parts of your body by attacking different muscle groups for the all around workout you are looking for.

Power Yoga
Power yoga is a medium-paced class that focuses on strength, endurance and stamina. This energetic style of yoga is for all fitness levels due to easy postural modifications. Power yoga promotes breath work, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Come ready for a great workout with an open mind! Mats will be provided.

Pilates Class
Mat based, core strength class, incorporating flexibility and toning. Pilates is an exercise method which aims to create a balance in the body. It is designed to cater for the individual needs of each person. Pilates offers a trimmer waist, flatter belly, better posture based on a balanced muscle tone, less fatigue and lower incidence of back pain and injury.

Fitball Class
The fit ball class uses the popular inflatable ball to improve core strength, flexibility and total body toning. Using a fit ball can improve strength in all areas of the body. This medium energy, low impact class is a great way to get into shape! All equipment provided.

Ab Attack
This class will help you build the foundation and core needed for that perfect physique you have always wanted. In strengthening your abdominal, back and leg regions you will find quicker and better results in all areas of your workouts! This class will also touch on toning of the entire body but will focus mainly on attacking your abdominal region!

Boot Camp
This high intensity, fast paced work out is great for people seeking a higher level of fitness training. Get ready for a great cardio vascular work out while focusing on toning and strength.

Hip Hop
Get a great work out by grooving to modern popular music. This medium to high paced work out will let you tone and strengthen all parts of your body by attacking different muscle groups for the all around workout you are looking for.

Circuit Trainning
It's Curves Adelphi style! Get a full body work out through circuit training. Different circuits include: abs, upper body, lower body, cardio, and weight training. This class is open to all levels!
