Sign up in advance, or day of for a 20 minute time slot to walk or run one mile.
At 3:00 p.m. we will have a drawing to win a Slingbox Solo! |

$5.00. The first 75 people to register will recieve a free t-shirt!
All of the proceeds will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island in New Hyde Park. |
How do I register?
Sign up for a time slot by stoping by the Campus Recreation Office in the Center for Recreation and Sports, Room 28, fill out a roster form, or call 516.877.4243.
Registration Deadline: December 4, 2009
