To receive an Accessible Parking permit, you must complete an Accessible Parking Application (PDF) and your doctor must complete and sign the medical verification form to have access to designated parking spaces on campus.
The parking permit must be displayed on the vehicle’s dashboard any time you use handicapped parking spaces on campus. Permits must be renewed annually.
