The Office of Auxiliary Services is responsible for event coordination and support services for all venues in the Ruth S. Harley University Center and Alumni House. From table reservations, meetings, conferences and major events, our staff makes events successful through superior customer service.
If you are planning an event, you should contact the Office of Auxiliary Services to discuss your needs.
All requests for use of tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment (laptop computer, LCD projector, overhead projector, etc.), staging, sound equipment and desired room setup must be made no later than 23 days prior to the event.
Any changes to the existing setup must be communicated no later than 12:00 noon the day before the event or the change cannot be guaranteed. Changes to event setups scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday must be made by 12:00 noon on Thursday.
