Each resident student granted University housing is required to pay a $300 housing deposit. In addition, if you are new to the University, you must also pay the $250 tuition deposit. Those payments, completion of the housing application, and class registration are necessary for housing placement.
Applicants who miss the priority deadline will be placed on a housing waiting list and assigned a room at a later time. Deposits can be paid by mailing in a check for $550 to the Office of University Admissions along with the housing agreement contained in the Acceptance Packet, or by paying online.
Pay a $300 non-refundable non-transferable housing deposit to the cashier located in the lower level of Levermore Hall. Alternatively, you may pay your deposit online through CLASS, by clicking “My Housing Deposit” in the menu.
International students should use this deposit form.
