Environmental Action Coalition is meeting on November 6th in the Anthropology Department in Blodgett 101 at 3:30PM. Help with our beach clean-ups, nature hikes, and participate in our recycling program. All are welcome: your help is needed!

Monday November 10th@ 7PM- Steven Pinker "The Blank Slate" in the UC Ballroom. In "The Blank Slate: Denial of Human Nature", Steven Pinker asks and answers audacious questions about the always-controversial Nature vs. Nurture debate. A professor of psychology at MIT's Center for Cognitive Neuroscience, Dr. Pinker's 1998 book, How the Mind Works, was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize.
Tuesday November 11th@ 12:15PM- The Undergraduate Social Work Council invites you to hear Yvonne Wildner M.S.W. from LIGALY (Long Island Gay and Lesbian Youth) in room 200 in the Hagedorn Hall of Enterprise building.
Wednesday November 12th and Thursday November 13th @ 7PM and 9PM- Black Box #3 at the Olmsted Theatre. Productions vary and include one-act plays and original works. Second Stage performances take place in the Black Box Theatre on the lower level of the Olmsted Theatre. Seating is intimate and limited. Performances are free, but reservations are required.
