Adelphi University's Parent Orientation program is specifically designed to provide you with information about campus resources and programs, as we partner with parents in guiding students in this college experience. The Parent Orientation program includes discussions about academics and important University services such as health, safety and finances.
Meet-and-Greet events for parents of new freshmen will be held on the first day of each Freshman Orientation session:
- Session 1: Wednesday, July 11, 2012
- Session 2: Tuesday, July 17, 2012
Further details about these events will be announced later in the spring.
The full Parent Orientation Program will take place on Monday, August 27, 2012 (Time TBD). Student Matriculation will be held the same day.

Note: Parent Orientation is limited to parents and guardians; students do not attend Parent Orientation, but must attend Matriculation Day.
