The Center for Student Involvement supports cocurricular education as a vital component of the college experience. The Center serves as a resource for more than 70 student organizations that include academic, social, community, and religious groups. The Center also formulates policies and procedures for planning events on campus.
In collaboration with other departments, the Center coordinates eight signature theme weeks that are recognized as hallmarks of campus life.

- Senior Week
The Center encourages students' leadership development efforts as a way to gain invaluable experience while contributing to the Adelphi community. The Center arranges special ticket offers and discount vouchers for movies and plays that are sold at the Panther-tainment Booth. The Center can even provide a gift for special occasions.
Student organizations should submit all necessary forms prior to an event. The Center's policies and procedures govern all aspects of student organizations including:
- responsibilities of campus advisers
- food service policy
- alcohol service policy
- procedures for income-producing events
- formation of a student organization
- program planning procedures
- printing procedures
- publicity policies
- meeting room requests
- table reservation procedures.
