| Any group planning to serve food at a function on campus must utilize the services of Adelphi Dining Services. At least 25 days prior to the event, you must arrange your food service with the Catering Manager, who can be reached at extension 3950.
When meeting with the Catering Manager, the following information will be requested:
- The date, time and location of the event.
- The anticipated number of people in attendance. Changes in guest count must be made no later than four (4) days prior to the event.
- The menu and service style.
Approval
Food service request forms can be picked up in the Center for Student Involvement. S.G.A. funded organizations must receive the approval of the S.G.A. Adviser and fraternities and sororities must receive the approval of the Greek Adviser.
