The University Center Lobby has three tables which are available for bake sales, promotions, and fundraising services. Tables can be reserved for any day: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The following procedures have been designed to ensure fairness for all groups.
  1. Tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis. They must be reserved at least two (2) weeks in advance.
  2. Reservations can be made by completing a Table Reservation Request Form (PDF 12.1KB) and submitting it to the Center for Student Involvement. Remember, the Reservations Coordinator cannot reserve a table.
  3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved date. A student organization that fails to notify the Center for Student Involvement of a cancellation will have table reservation privileges suspended for one month. A second failure to notify will have table reservation privileges suspended for the remainder of the semester.

Policy Information

  1. The duration of any table reservation request cannot exceed a period of three (3) consecutive days.
  2. All posting must comply with posting regulations. The organization's name must be displayed in a visible location.
  3. When holding bake sales, an organization is permitted to ask for donations. Only homemade baked goods are to be displayed; no store bought items are permitted.
  4. Student organizations are responsible for clean-up after their lobby event.
