| Circle K is the largest non-profit collegiate organization in the world and is part of the Tri-K family: Key Club, Circle K, and Kiwanis. Circle K members are dedicated to helping people realize their potential through leadership, friendship, and community service.
Events traditionally held by Circle K are Tri-K Volleyball, Starlight Showdown, and Substance Abuse Seminars. In the past, members have supported the American Heart Association, Leukemia, MDA, Multiple Sclerosis, St. Mary's Children Hospital, the American Cancer Society, and Save the Children, among other charitable organizations.
In 1993, Circle K International recognized the Adelphi chapter with its Total Achievement Award identifying it as the No. 1 chapter in the world. In 1999, the Adelphi chapter received eight awards at the district convention.
