| The Ruth S. Harley University Center features a Grand Ballroom that can seat 700 attendees auditorium-style or be subdivided into three smaller rooms. There are also seven multipurpose meeting rooms which can be used by student groups, faculty, and staff or reserved by outside groups.
To reserve space, a Room Request Form (PDF 13.4KB) must be completed. Requests can be submitted to the Office of Auxiliary Services in University Center room 301 or faxed to 516.877.3606.
