Are you taking your 10,000 steps a day? Start walking with Walk Adelphi!

Health experts recommend that everyone 18 and older should reach a goal of 10,000 steps a day. To help the entire campus reach that goal, the Division of Student Affairs has inaugurated Walk Adelphi, an ongoing program of group walks around campus.

Take steps to improve your health now!

You can get an Adelphi pedometer at Health Services while supplies last.
