Referral Letter
You are encouraged to recommend the Writing Center to all students. If you wish to refer a specific student to the Center, it would be helpful to us if you printed out the referral letter below as tutors appreciate having comments from the instructor as a place to begin discussion with the student.
Please fill out the letter, telling the student precisely what you would like him or her to work on, and present it to the student. Your student will then bring the letter to the Writing Center and make an appointment.
