Join us as we explore the impact of recent societal changes on mental health. Ieasha Ramsay, LMSW, will discuss methods of coping and ways of using culture and technology to build community.

About the Speaker

Ieasha Ramsay, LMSW, identifies as a multifaceted woman of color, who is passionate about wellness and community building. She has found fullness in facilitating healing within marginalized communities, fostering safe spaces for creativity and professional development to flourish, and approaches all work through a culturally sensitive and trauma informed lens.

Her professional history includes over 8 years of direct mental health care for communities of color, as well as professional development for various team sizes. Her recent work has included coordinating health workshops in East Africa, and she currently consults with various organizations on programming surrounding mental health knowledge, team building, and diversity and inclusion.
