Silo Management for Better Outcomes

Scott Zotto is a Licensed Master level Social Worker, focusing on work with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples and groups. In addition to his work with clients, he also studies organizational management styles focusing, primarily, on the impact silo management constructions have on institutions. Scott has worked in higher education since 2005 in several capacities currently serving as Adelphi University’s Coordinator of Substance Use Counseling and Prevention Programming. In addition, he teaches in the Department of Theatre and the School of Social Work, Manhattan Center. He earned his MSW from Adelphi in 2009.

Silo Management and Student Engagement demonstrates the impact management styles have on the lives of students in higher education. This interactive workshop is for any student enrolled in the Leadership Certificate Program.
