Student Conduct and Community Standards, Title IX and Sexual Respect, and the Student Government Association are inviting all of Adelphi’s undergraduate and graduate students to participate in the Title IX Redesign Poster Contest! Showcase your artistic talent and your commitment to informing the campus community about sexual assault/harassment and discrimination.
The purpose of the posters is to encourage students to contact Title IX and Sexual Respect and to report incidents of sexual assault, harassment, or discrimination. The posters are intended to be displayed throughout campus as a way to educate students about sexual assault, harassment, and discrimination, and how to contact Title IX and Sexual Respect. We know that campus sexual assaults and incidents of discrimination may go unreported, and we are determined to reduce roadblocks that might prevent victims from coming forward.
The winners will have their posters displayed during sexual assault awareness month throughout the Adelphi University campus at designated events. Prizes will be available to first, second, and third place in both categories.
Eligibility: The contest is open to all Adelphi University students (undergraduate and graduate students) currently enrolled.
Entry Limit: 2 posters per student/group per category.
Entry Deadline: Entries must be submitted to the submission form by 11:59 pm on Friday, March 15, 2019.
